No school today and I hardly knew what to do with myself!

Mom, Emily, Christianne, and I went to Walmart this morning ... I went just because I thought it would be fun to go with all the girls. And it was. While we were there I remembered that I should get a watch so that when I'm at CPCC I don't need to use my cell phone every time I want to know what time it is. Mom bought me a digital watch (and I gave her my gift card from the children's ministry appreciation night). Thanks for getting it for me!

This afternoon I did a couple of little things around the house that I didn't have time to do earlier in the week, and then I really could not think of anything to do. So I played the piano and read a little bit and watched some tv. I didn't know how I was going to occupy myself so I offered to make supper. That kept me busy for about an hour.

I know it's really weird that I felt like I didn't have enough to do today. Usually I have more than I can get done in one day! I guess on days like today I just have to be content. What matters is that I have a good attitude about how God wants my day to be. I can glorify him by rejoicing in his plan for me. My day is not wasted.

Enjoy it while you can, Anna. I have a feeling that the pace is going to pick up pretty soon! And thanks for making supper. It was delicious!
