Tomorrow is Mom's birthday, and we girls decided to make a cake for her. It's so hard to find time to make and decorate a cake when you have college classes! Christianne baked the cake early this afternoon, and I made the icing and iced the cake this afternoon. Then I had to hurry and write a couple of paragraphs for ACA tomorrow. Then I ate dinner and rushed off to German class (almost got there late because the traffic downtown was really bad). So tomorrow is Mom's birthday, and all that's been done is baking and icing the cake - no decorating yet, and I want to make roses! I think that Em and I are going to try to work on the cake in the morning before we go to CPCC. We don't want to be rushing to get it done after class and before supper. It's okay, it'll be neat. I hope. If it does look nice, I'll post a photo of it; if it looks terrible, I won't say anything else about it.
